The FRED Cloud service (“FRED Cloud” or the “service”) is operated by 2CREATE, s.r.o., Hálkova 9, 831 03 Bratislava, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO) 35 937 483, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No. 36204/B (“2CREATE”, “we”, “us”).

FRED Cloud is software (CRM and content management) for real estate developers: management of apartments and other units, project website content, leads (enquiries from prospective buyers), clients, deals, contracts and communication with prospects.

b) As a processor, we process personal data that the developer (our customer) enters into or sends to FRED Cloud: prospective buyers (leads), clients, purchasers and other persons. The developer is the controller of this data and determines the purposes and means of its processing. We process it only on the developer's instructions and under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Please direct questions and requests regarding this data primarily to the developer; if you contact us, we will forward your request to the developer without undue delay.

Depending on which features the developer uses, this mainly includes:
Retention periods are determined by the developer. FRED Cloud provides the developer with tools to export and anonymise a person's data (GDPR). Once anonymised, the person's data is no longer sent anywhere.
The developer may enable integrations between FRED Cloud and other services. Data is sent to them only to the extent necessary for the given feature:
The list of sub-processors forms part of the data processing agreement with the developer; we inform developers of any changes in advance.
Some providers (Meta, Google, Sentry) may also process data outside the EU, in particular in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
Mandatory two-factor authentication for all users, encrypted transmission (HTTPS), encrypted storage of integration credentials, separation of data between individual developers, documents stored only in non-public storage, change logging (audit) without passwords and tokens, and regular backups.
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw your consent. Please send requests to info@2create.sk. For data we process on behalf of a developer (section 4), we will forward your request to the developer. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
We do not carry out automated decision-making with legal effects or profiling. Automatic assignment of a lead to a sales agent (if enabled by the developer) is an organisational rule of the developer.
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, and we inform FRED Cloud users of significant changes within FRED Cloud.
